John Damschroder has proudly served Middle Tennessee for more than 25 years and owns Restoration 1 of Franklin, specializing in water damage restoration, fire damage restoration, and mold remediation. He is IICRC-certified in Water Restoration (WRT), Applied Structural Drying (ASD), Applied Microbial Remediation (AMR), Health & Safety (HST), Fire & Smoke Restoration (FSRT), Odor Control (OCT), and Trauma & Crime Scene Cleanup (TCST). Off the clock, John serves on several nonprofit boards and enjoys time with family and friends on Middle Tennessee's lakes.

Dave Bechtel
Dave Bechtel has called Middle Tennessee home for more than 20 years and leads day-to-day operations at Restoration 1 of Franklin. He is IICRC-certified in Water Restoration (WRT), Applied Structural Drying (ASD), and Applied Microbial Remediation (AMR), and guides homeowners and businesses through every step of the restoration process with urgency and exceptional customer care. Outside of work, Dave is active in his local church and coaches his children's sports teams.
