Restoration 1 of North Seattle has a unique blend of talent. Starting with owner Trent Gabel, who graduated from the university of Washington nestled on beautiful Lake Washington just off Montlake Boulevard with a degree in construction management. To co-founder Levi Stearns born and raised in the greater Seattle area and a top producing restoration project manager for almost a decade. Trent went to work for some of the largest construction companies in the Seattle metro area and excelled in each role. He decided to branch out and open his own construction firm in 2011. He and his stellar team have successfully helped hundreds of clients, most of which had suffered a major disaster and required a knowledgeable and progressive company to help them regain piece of mind. Through his construction business, Levi and Trent became colleagues and friends.

After leading a competing restoration company to its highest volume out of any eight-project manager team in the company's history, and consistently managing over 1.7 million in disaster restoration annually for almost six years, Levi was offered an opportunity to become the general manager of a new restoration company. In short order with his leadership and winning attitude the team produced 4X the previous year's revenue, and due to a difference in philosophy and core values Levi resigned to focus on Restoration 1 of North Seattle, and couldn’t be happier with the way things have turned out. Combining the existing team that Trent already had with his construction company and now adding Levi Stearns as co-founder and general manager for Restoration 1 of North Seattle they have a combined thirty-five years of construction experience and twenty plus years in disaster restoration. Trent and his beautiful family live two miles from the office in Ballard, a community only ten minutes from the downtown core of Seattle.

Levi and his family live in a suburb thirty-minutes North of the office, and they both enjoy sharing time with family and friends as well as in the Seattle community. It is a major goal for Restoration 1 of North Seattle to not only build a strong professional and hyper customer focused company, but also to better the local communities each day from adding value to local businesses, donating to valid causes, or just spreading positive messages and the general beauty of where they live and work. The team is starting strong with a great core of dedicated professionals that really are the very best at what they do.
