History

Established in 2016.

Restoration 1, based in Waco, Texas, was founded in 2008 and began franchising in 2009. Shain Mann and Shanan Gajeske are the owner-operators of Restoration 1 of Conroe, which opened in 2016. As an up and coming franchisee, they worked hard to promote and educate the public about the restoration business, but one thing that set them apart was the customer service.

They have worked with all kinds of customers; bad things happen to everyone. They understand that the people they work with are going through a stressful and emotionally difficult time. Because of this, they strive to provide caring and courteous support, upfront communication, and effective services to customers. One of the many ways they help people is by offering a free water check to see how far the water went. They have a few ways to help a customer in need.

The team at Restoration 1 are all IICRC and IAQA licensed restoration professionals, Shain is Triple Master Certified through the IICRC, offering fire, water, mold damage, and crime scene/trauma restoration services. They also educate the customer on all aspects of what is happening and why in their home.
